Payment and refunds

Prices shown on FightIQ during the launch are indicative. The final price, scope, currency, payment method and completion time are confirmed with the manager before payment.

Payment is made through the method offered at checkout or agreed with the manager. The customer receives the confirmation or fiscal document required for the selected payment method.

For a new custom analysis, cancellation before work begins results in a full refund. After work begins, the refund is calculated for the unperformed portion, taking into account work already completed and the requirements of applicable law.

For access to an already analysed fight, a refund is available if access was not provided or has a material defect that FightIQ cannot correct. A change of mind after working digital access is provided is handled according to the offer and mandatory consumer law.

Confirmed FightIQ errors are corrected without charge. Payment or refund questions should be sent to fightiqpro@gmail.com with the order identifier and payment confirmation.
