The personal-data operator for this service is ИП «Fight IQ Pro». Questions and requests concerning personal data may be sent to fightiqpro@gmail.com.

FightIQ may process a name, email address, authentication identifier, contact details, order and access status, support messages and technical logs needed for security and operation of the service.

Data is used to create and protect accounts, provide access, fulfil orders, communicate with customers, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

FightIQ uses external infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and database functions, Hetzner for server infrastructure and API processing, Bunny.net for video delivery, and external payment providers where payment is enabled. Only data reasonably necessary for the relevant function is transferred to a provider, and FightIQ does not store full bank-card details when payment is handled by an external provider.

Depending on the technical region used by a provider, some personal data and technical information may be processed outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. During registration the user is separately informed of, and asked to consent to, the cross-border processing described in this Policy. Such consent does not replace or waive any other mandatory requirements of Kazakhstan law, including requirements that may apply to data storage.

Data is retained only for the stated purposes and for contractual or statutory periods. FightIQ applies access controls, authentication, restricted administrative access and other reasonable organisational and technical measures; providers receive only the access necessary to perform their functions.

A user may request information about processing, access, correction or deletion of personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or object to unlawful processing by contacting fightiqpro@gmail.com. Requests concerning cross-border processing may be submitted through the same contact.
