Public offer

This public offer is published by ИП «Fight IQ Pro» and applies from 02.10.2026. It sets the basic conditions for access to FightIQ and for ordering analytical services.

Registration, placing an order, payment or using paid access after reviewing these conditions means that the customer accepts the offer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The provider may supply access to an already analysed fight or perform a new manual analysis. Free catalogue browsing does not include fighter analytics, full fight statistics or linked video fragments. A registered customer retains access in their account to an analysis they commissioned even without an active paid subscription. The exact fight, scope, price and completion time are agreed before work begins. After completion, standard analyses are added to the FightIQ catalogue together with their statistics, analytical indicators and linked video fragments. A private analysis must be agreed separately before work begins.

The customer must provide accurate order information and must have lawful grounds to provide any video submitted for analysis. The provider may refuse material whose use creates a legal or technical risk.

Confirmed annotation errors attributable to FightIQ are corrected without an additional fee. A change in the customer's requirements or a request for a new scope after work has begun may be priced separately.

Access is personal unless another licence is agreed. Copying, resale, mass distribution, bypassing access restrictions and commercial reuse of the interface, database or reports are prohibited without written permission.

FightIQ provides analytical information and does not guarantee a sporting, financial or betting result. Claims should first be sent to fightiqpro@gmail.com; unresolved matters are handled under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
